Zucchini rolls with cream cheese

Delicious zucchini rolls with cheese, garlic and herbs are very easy to prepare, and it turns out delicious and beautiful.


  • Young zucchini – 2 pcs.
  • Cream cheese -120 g (4,23 oz)
  • Dill greens – 3-4 sprigs
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Salt – to taste
  • Vegetable oil – for frying zucchini

Thinly slice the zucchini.

Heat the frying pan, pour a little vegetable oil and fry the zucchini on both sides until soft.

Spread the hot zucchini on a paper towel to remove excess oil.

Cream cheese, finely chopped dill, a little garlic (squeeze the garlic through a press) and salt mix well.

Spread the filling on the zucchini and roll it into a roll. From the specified number of ingredients, 12 rolls are obtained.
