A simple and quick recipe for the famous and favorite “Bounty” candies. Only 3 ingredients. Tender coconut and milk chocolate. What could be better?
- 2 bars of milk chocolate,
- 3 cups coconut chips (preferably not sweet chips),
- 1 cup condensed milk with sugar.
Mix well condensed milk with coconut chips.
Then prepare a surface for the freezer with parchment paper or food wrap. Using the palm, shape a rectangle to one piece and put it on the prepared surface, repeat with the rest of the filling. Put all this in the freezer for 20 minutes, so it will be more convenient to dip it in chocolate.
While the filling is hardening in the freezer, melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a water bath. Then dip the filling with forks or spoons and put it back on the baking sheet so that the chocolate cools down.
When the chocolate cools down, put the candy on a plate and enjoy the taste.
